After you narrow the list
- [ ] Confirm public school zoning for target addresses.
- [ ] Review flood zones and insurance options.
- [ ] Compare commute routes to airports or work hubs.
- [ ] Compare utilities, internet options, and service providers.
- [ ] Revisit your top areas at a different time of day.
- [ ] Decide what is worth prioritizing in the final shortlist.
