How sections work

Sections help you orient quickly.

The section letter is a planning tool, not a lifestyle label. Use it to narrow the map, then compare drive times, daily errands, and home styles to find the best fit.

Central sections

P, W, and BL are centrally located with easy access to Palm Coast Parkway and shopping.

East-side sections

C and F are closer to the Intracoastal and coastal routes, with more waterfront access.

South sections

R, S, and U offer faster I-95 access and larger residential pockets.

FAQs

Section questions, answered.

What does the section letter mean? Palm Coast uses lettered sections for planning and orientation. The letter helps you locate an area, but amenities and home styles vary within each section.
Do section boundaries affect services? Boundaries help with orientation, but school zoning and services are determined by the district and providers, not the letter alone.
How do sections relate to neighborhoods? Some neighborhoods align with a single section, while others span multiple sections. I can map both for you.
Can I search by section only? Yes. Start with a section, then narrow by drive times, home style, and proximity to your daily routes.
